Billing Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage billing and claims for all hospital empanelments, for eg. ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat..
• Ensure compliance with the respective scheme guidelines.
• Monitor claim status, queries, deductions, rejections and resubmissions.
• Ensure timely submission and settlement of all government/insurance/TPA claims.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and inspections by government authorities, insurers and empanelment agencies.
• Reconcile approved amounts, deductions, payments and outstanding claims with the Finance/Accounts department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration; MBA/M.Com or healthcare-management qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing and revenue cycle management
• Good understanding of TPA/insurance/cashless billing.
• Good team-management and communication skills
