Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive with a strong background in accounting and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a commerce background, and possess good knowledge of invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process sales invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoice generation.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and billing-related activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
• Assist with accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and monthly closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of billing data and compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare billing reports and support the accounts team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in billing and accounting.
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• Good understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with GST and related billing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
