Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices based on approved sales orders and dispatch documents.
• Verify quantity, rate, discounts, taxes, GST and other billing details before invoice generation.
• Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as applicable.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and invoice amendments with proper approval.
• Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.Preferred candidate profile
• Pay role attendance

A detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with good knowledge of sales invoicing, GST documentation, e-invoice/e-way bill processes and ERP-based billing, capable of ensuring accurate and timely billing with proper coordination across departments.
