Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Managing transactions related to cash from each retail store.
• Collecting cash from all the stores and submitting it to the bank.
• Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate.
• Collecting payments, whether in cash or credit.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and achieving continual improvement in average transaction values and customer count.
• Controlling stock density, rotation, pilferage, and leakage.
• Managing and resolving complex operational issues that arise across multiple stores.
• Cross-selling products and introducing new ones.
• Resolving customer complaints, guiding them, and providing relevant information.
• Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Tracking transactions on balance sheets and reporting any discrepancies.
