Billing Executive

A Billing Executive is responsible for managing invoicing, maintaining accurate billing records, coordinating with sales and logistics teams, and ensuring timely and error-free billing. The role involves preparing invoices, verifying billing information, reconciling transactions, and supporting smooth financial operations.

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify sales orders, delivery challans, purchase orders, and supporting documents before billing.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for billing requirements.
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, taxes, quantities, and customer details on invoices.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, cancellations, and billing adjustments.
• Monitor pending invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Perform invoice and transaction reconciliation.
• Assist with GST and other applicable tax-related billing requirements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Maintain customer account and billing data in ERP/accounting systems.
• Respond to customer queries related to invoices and billing.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
