Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry and hands-on knowledge of SAP. The candidate will be responsible for billing, invoicing, receipts, collections tracking, reconciliation, MIS, and coordination with Finance, Accounts and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end billing activities for real estate projects.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, demand letters, receipts and billing-related documents.
• Generate and process billing transactions through SAP.
• Maintain customer ledgers and billing records.
• Track outstanding payments, collections and customer dues.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, CRM, Sales and other internal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billing MIS.
• Verify billing data and supporting documents before processing.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and account statements.
• Support payment follow-ups and outstanding receivable tracking.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of transactions in SAP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations.
• Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP.
• Good understanding of invoicing, receipts, collections, reconciliation and customer ledgers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in reputed real estate organizations preferred.
• Experience handling customer billing and project-related financial transactions.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills.
• Candidates from a Real Estate background will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates preferred.
