Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing for RCC construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Develop BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Generate RA Bills and final bills for clients.
• Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
• Maintain project billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.
• Prepare project cost analysis and estimation reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC quantities, BBS, BOQ, and estimation.
• Experience in client and subcontractor billing.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
