- Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills, contractor bills, and client invoices as per project progress.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to validate measurement sheets and work done.
- Ensure billing accuracy as per BOQs, contractual terms, and approved drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all billing activities and certifications.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for timely approval and processing of bills.
- Assist in cost tracking, cash flow projections, and budget control.
- Support the Contracts team in preparing reconciliation statements and verifying quantities.
