Role & responsibilities

Quantity take -off's ,BOQ preparation and estimation

Client RA bills, final bills and subcontractor billing

Measurement books and joint measurement verification

Rate analysis, costing &budget monitoring

Material reconciliation and variation tracking

Drawing intrepretation ; civil, structural and interiors

Proficiency in Auto - Cad & advanced excel

Working knowledge of CPWD/IS measurement methods

Preferred candidate profile

Civil Engeneering degree or diploma

Relevant civil &interior project experience preferred
