Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, send them to clients for approval, and follow up on their comments.
• Coordinate with site teams to obtain necessary documents for rate analysis and subcontractor billing.
• Conduct rate analysis, prepare detailed cost estimates, and submit them to clients along with contract conditions.
• Follow up with clients until they release payment after completing all formalities.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly MIS reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Billing Engineering or related field (B.Tech Computers preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and subcontractor billing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with site teams and clients.
