• Maintaining opening and closing checklist.

• Managing inventory and ordering Food &Beverage requirements on a regular basis.
• Making duty roster and manpower planning on a weekly basis.
• Maintaining proper inventory of CGS and stores.
• Briefing team about hygiene and mystery audit.
