Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills.
• Perform quantity estimation and prepare BOQs.
• Conduct rate analysis and support rate negotiations with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare project cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
• Verify work measurements and ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Maintain billing records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
• Support project cost control and financial planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in contractor billing and project estimation.
• Strong knowledge of rate analysis, rate negotiation, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
