- Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.
- Preparation Rate Analysis / Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying (Civil and MEP).
- Generation of Purchase requisition
- Checking / Scrutiny of Vendors , Contractor Billing including checklist, pour card, other relevant compliances Bill Certification etc.
- Quantity reconciliation of Contractor bills wrt BOQ.
- Preparation of Reconciliation of Materials
- Adequate knowledge of Specification, Work Methodology, Work Order, Purchase Order etc.
- Preparation Budget monitoring reports.
- Preparation of monthly working plan and updation.
- DPR updation
- Maintaining of Drawing register, coordination and correspondences
