Billing Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing contractor billing, document verification, site assessments, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Bill Scrutiny & Verification: Inspect, audit, and verify contractor invoices, work orders, and contract agreements for accuracy.
• Site & Drawing Inspection: Perform site inspections to cross-reference ongoing work and measurements against technical drawings and contractual terms.
• Financial Adjustments & Documentation: Issue debit notes, manage bill corrections, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive project records.
• ERP & Inter-Departmental Workflow: Log billing entries into the ERP system and route approved invoices to appropriate departments for processing and payment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a billing profile
• Looking for someone who can join us in 30days max.
