Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
• Conduct rate analysis to determine the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for project execution.
• Manage subcontractor billing processes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
• Review RA bills (Requisition Against Bill) to ensure accuracy before submission to clients.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs, bar bending schedules, quantity estimations, and contractor billing.
• Strong understanding of rate analysis techniques for material procurement planning.
