Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for clients, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Manage contractor billing processes, track progress, identify potential issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct rate analysis to ensure fair pricing for services rendered by contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing-related queries or concerns from clients.
• Ensure all billing processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, client billing, contractor billing, and rate analysis principles.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed estimates and quotes for corporate interior projects.
• Experience in managing and analyzing data related to billing and rates.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
