Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills for railway project works.
• Measure executed work and prepare detailed quantity calculations as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills before processing for payment.
• Prepare and maintain bill registers, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
• Ensure billing is in accordance with contract conditions, tender specifications, and railway norms.
• Prepare variation statements, extra item bills, and deviation claims.
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, and project team for bill certification and approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the railway sector is preferred.
