About this role
Manage project estimation, BOQs, billing, and cost control to ensure accurate and commercially efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Manage client billing, subcontractor bills, and final accounts.
- Perform rate analysis, material reconciliation, and variation calculations.
- Track project costs, budgets, and quantities to control expenses.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site teams.
- Verify measurements, invoices, and work completed at site.
- Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in commercial interiors, retail stores, or office projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, billing, and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and relevant estimation tools.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
