Work Order and BOQ Understanding, Tracking Project Progress, Daily site Progress Monitoring, Manpower Management- Cost Analysis, Tracking and Control, Improving Manpower Productivity, Joint Measurement Records and RA Bill Preparation, Monthly Billing Forecast, Billing Pipeline Management, Reports for Forecast vs Actual, Documentation - Labour Compliances and Execution, Coordination with Client, PMC, Quality Team, Maintaining Live Excel Project Dashboards and Site Productivity Report, Coordination with Accounts for Bill Clearance
Preferred candidate profile
2.5 years of experience in Billing and Project Control, Experience in construction, waterproofing, civil works or construction chemicals preferred, Strong Knowledge of BOQ, Measurements, RA Bills, JMRs, Ability to analyze Manpower Output and Productivity, Willingness to visit different jobsites, Good Communication Skills
