Role & responsibilities

• Planning on MSP.

• Conversant with IS Code of Measurement, proficiency in rate analysis & reconciliation.

• Checking of contractors bill, Cross checking and formation of final bills as per the terms of contract, Cross checking and formation of final bills as per the terms of contract, Parking of Bill in ERP.

• Advance Adjustment, Deduction of Retention, Hold of Amount for reconciliation, Preparing Certificate of Payment

• Material Testing, Material Checking and Material Reconciliation

• Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Quality Check, Performing Rate Analysis

• Preparation of BOQ which lists in detail, all the individual work components of the projects

• Participate in review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports as required

• To ensure labour compliance are fulfilled by the contractors.

• The candidate must have sound working Knowledge of MSP, CAD and Revit Software.

• Conversant with IS Code of Measurement, proficiency in rate analysis & reconciliation.

• Checking of contractors bill

• Certify progress claims of contractors, verification of quantities at site in coordination

• Cross checking and formation of final bills as per the terms of contract.

• Material Reconciliation

• Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.

• Parking of Bill in ERP.

• Advance Adjustment

• Deduction of Retention / Hold of Amount for reconciliation

• Preparing Certificate of Payment

• Estimation of Quantities and performing Rate Analysis

• Preparation of BOQ which lists in detail, all the individual work components of the projects

• Participate in review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports as required

• To ensure labour compliance are fulfilled by the contractors.
