Designation: Billing & Correspondence Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Age: 22 to 25 years

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ Diploma Civil Engineering

Location: Ner / Satara

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Good drafting abilities.

4. Must be able to work effectively within a team environment.

5. To study tender documents and design and estimates thoroughly. To study terms and conditions of the tender agreement.

6. To collect work done details from the project site and prepare RA bills monthly on regular basis.

7. Prepare a client bill along with proper documents and a measurement sheet.

8. Physically checking and taking joint measurements with the client or subcontractor for billing.

9. To Develop and implement daily reporting system from site staff.

10. Capable of working price escalation and GST reimbursement from the department.

11. Responsible for passing the RA bills submitted to the department from various tables and receive the payment.

12. Responsible for writing timely letters to the department including Extension of Time limit, crop compensation, EIRL proposals and QC related reports and documentation.

13. Responsible for conveying difficulties at site to the department timely.

14. Maintain the all correspondence related to billing of projects.
