Billing Associate

RSM is Hiring Billing Specialist | Bangalore

• Education: B.Com, BBA, or MBA
• Eligible Batch: FY25 and FY26 pass-outs
• Academic Criteria: Minimum CGPA of 8.0 preferred
• Accounting: Good academic scores in Accounting subjects preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong communication skills and a good overall personality
• Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client billing and billing operations activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and billing contacts.
• Provide timely support and resolve billing-related queries.
• Collect feedback from clients to improve service quality.
• Support billing leaders in achieving billing goals and targets.
• Ensure billing processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Experience in Billing Operations, Client Billing, or related billing functions.
• Prior billing experience in a professional services firm is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in billing operations and client billing.
• Comfortable managing client interactions and supporting billing processes end-to-end.
