Billing Associate 1 & 2

We are currently hiring for Billing Professionals for our Bangalore location. If you have experience in end-to-end billing processes and invoicing based on WIP, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage the bi-monthly billing process for assigned stakeholders.
• Review and recommend billing amounts based on billing arrangements, SOWs, engagement letters, schedules, and historical billing data.
• Process billing activities accurately and timely.
• Review aged WIP reports, manage outstanding balances, and identify billing opportunities.
• Handle invoice creation based on WIP and billing requirements.
• Stakeholder management

Required Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Billing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing processes.
• Experience working with:
• Time & Material Billing
• Milestone Billing
• Fixed Fee Billing
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition.
• Experience in a non-queue driven/non-ticketing environment.
