Your Role
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Collaborate with global and Japanese stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs.
- Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring timely resolution.
- Support test planning, test execution, and quality assurance activities across project lifecycles.
- Translate and interpret business, functional, and technical documents between Japanese and English when required.
Your Profile
- Total experience of 6+ years in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- Mandatory JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 Certification with strong Japanese communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and/or Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management, and Test Documentation.
- Experience working with Japanese customers, offshore-onshore teams, or bilingual projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
