25-June-2026 Remote interview (Virtual Drive) I. JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers 2. Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects 3. Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains. 4. Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation. 5. Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration. 6. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams 7. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hou rsGood-to-Have 1. Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.). 2. Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket). 3.
