Bilingual Specialist - Cantonese

We are looking for a Cantonese Language Specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide language support in Cantonese for business operations, customers, or internal teams.
• Translate and interpret content between Cantonese and English.
• Handle customer/client communication through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of translated documents and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide language support.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain quality standards and follow defined processes.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Cantonese.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, customer support, or language specialist roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
• Candidates with experience supporting Hong Kong/APAC customers or stakeholders will be an added advantage.
