Bidding Executive

The Spot Bidding Team is responsible for managing and growing the Spot business within the FTL division by ensuring competitive pricing, high enquiry coverage, strong conversion, and healthy margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% of Spot enquiries are quoted within the defined TAT.
• Drive better conversion and margin through competitive and data-driven bidding.
• Work closely with the Supply team to negotiate and reduce sourcing costs while maintaining serviceability.
• Analyse historical pricing, sourcing, conversion and lane-level data to make informed bidding decisions.
• Identify trends, pricing gaps and opportunities to improve Spot conversion and profitability.
• Monitor enquiry outcomes and conduct RCA for lost, unquoted and low-margin enquiries.
• Continuously identify opportunities to scale and enhance the Spot business through better processes, pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
