Bid Manager

Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring high-quality bid submissions, compliance, and effective strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate government tenders (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement)
• Review RFP/RFQ/NIT documents and define bid strategy
• Oversee preparation of technical & commercial bids
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, legal)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all bid documents
• Manage and supervise online bid submissions
• Handle vendor registrations and documentation readiness
• Track tender lifecycle, results, and follow-ups
• Maintain bid database and documentation
• Ensure compliance with government policies
• Mentor team members and improve processes
