Candidate Profile

• 10 + years of experience in Bid Management / Tender Management / Proposal Management.
• Experience in IT System Integrators, IT Infrastructure companies, OEMs or technology solution providers preferred.
• Strong exposure to end-to-end bid lifecycle management.
• Experience handling multiple bids simultaneously.
• Government/PSU bid experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong Bid Management / Tender Management experience.
• Excellent understanding of RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI and government tender processes.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong documentation and compliance management skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple bids with tight deadlines.
