Bid Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bids from initiation to submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal content, including technical solutions, market insights, and customer testimonials.
• Conduct research on client needs and industry trends to inform proposal development and ensure relevance to the target audience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, resources, and approvals for proposal submissions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in bid management or presales role within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of proposal writing best practices, including structure, tone, style guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, sales team members.
