Job Summary
Technical
Contribute to the end-to-end development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, including active involvement in solution design activities, configuration, and implementation ensuring that the solutions are fit for purpose.
Working as part of a team of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers
Responsibilities - Development and technical support of Oracle ERP/HCM integrations, extentions and reports; including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, BIPublisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports.
- Perform integrations between Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications both inbound and outbound
- Write technical specifications, based on functional design discussions or documentation.
- Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc in the solution
- Experience working with OIC adapters, usage of REST, SOA adapters, and usage of orchestration integration patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.
- Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages
- A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP
- Understand API REST and SOAP
- Familiar with API testing tools.
- Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.
- Understanding of Data Conversion activities in an ERP Implementation Project
- Understanding of one Oracle functional flow - Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Forecast to Plan.
- Working knowledge of Visual Basic Cloud Service.
- Conversant with Oracle AI and agentic features.
- Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills, experience in engaging customer on initial discovery sessions, persuasive
- Leverage Apps Associates project templates, methodology and practices to lead project and guide client teams
- Owning project deliverables and client communications to optimize project timeline
- Collaboration with multi-national team to progress internal and external initiatives
- Independently tackles activities and assignments and delegates to teammates, as appropriate, to achieve streamlined implementation approach
- Translating the technical and the functional for all project team members customer and internal
- Serve as a conduit and champion of change and business transformation
- Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Provide inputs to the assigned Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan developed and buy-in from key client stakeholders.
- Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution
- Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
- Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize internal and external processes
- Capability to leverage AI features from Oracle and generic AI tools for project tasks.
