BI & MIS ANALYST POWER BI & SQL EXPERT

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, MIS Reporting, and Data Visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from company servers and databases.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create automated MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Work extensively with DAX and Power Query.
• Develop dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
• Integrate multiple data sources and automate reporting workflows.
• Analyze BPO / Call Center operational data and track KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, performance, attendance, sales, quality, and operational metrics.
• Convert raw data into meaningful business and management insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
• Work with Operations and Management teams to identify trends and performance gaps.
