Bi Analyst/Dashboard Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for Finance, RCM, Operations, Product, and Executive Management.
• Work with business teams to understand their reporting needs and convert them into dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage dashboards, data connections, data refreshes, users, and access.
• Work with data from QuickBooks, ClaimMD, Healthie, Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and internal applications.
• Validate data and make sure dashboards and reports are accurate.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
• Maintain KPI definitions and documentation for dashboards.
• Work with the Engineering/Technology team when additional data or system integration support is needed.

Support the VP Technology with BI strategy, reporting priorities, and dashboard development

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Healthcare or RCM reporting experience.

Experience working with APIs and cloud-based applications
