Role & responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct RAG analysis and employee connect sessions.
• Facilitate SKIP meetings with leadership.
• Manage attrition, grievances, and POSH compliance.
• Oversee leave and attendance processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
