Role & responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct RAG analysis and address workforce concerns.
• Facilitate SKIP meetings and employee connect sessions.
• Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure POSH compliance and grievance resolution.
• Manage leave, attendance, and employee relations processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate

• 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
