About this role
Job Description:
- Define and manage the customer lifecycle across awareness, inquiry, enrollment, retention, and referrals.
- Build and optimize automated communication journeys for inquiries, trial reminders, assessment bookings, no-show recovery, enrollment follow-ups, retention, re-enrollment, win-back campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and manage the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem for the US business.
- Create audience segmentation frameworks and customer data structures.
- Own Email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication programs.
- Design programs to improve student retention and parent engagement.
- Build referral and review-generation programs.
- Track and report conversion, retention, lifetime value, referral, and campaign performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with communication regulations and monitor deliverability performance.
