Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Trainer to train college students/young learners and prepare them for careers in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on BFSI concepts including Banking, Insurance, Loans, KYC, AML, Digital Banking, etc.
• Use practical examples, case studies and activities to enhance learning.
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews and placement-readiness sessions.
• Mentor students and track their learning progress.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of BFSI industry/training experience.
• Strong knowledge of BFSI products, processes and operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience training students/college learners is not preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Hyderabad. No relocation.
