• End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Sourcing Talent: Use portals like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to find active and passive candidates.
• Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates for role fit and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate interviews and partner with business leaders and hiring managers.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter focusing on the BFSI or financial services sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking products, NBFC operations, insurance workflows, and regulatory standards.
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with job portals, social sourcing, and modern ATS platforms.
