BESS Integration Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced BESS Integration Lead to lead the design, integration, and development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for grid and utility-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Develop battery pack, thermal management, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare and review CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and project execution.
• Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in BESS or battery system design.
• Strong experience in Battery Pack Design & Integration.
• Proficiency in CATIA and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of BMS, thermal management, and structural design.
• Experience with utility-scale/grid-connected energy storage systems preferred.
• Good communication and project management skills.
