BESS Integration Lead | Battery Pack, BMS, Thermal Design CATIA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design team for battery electric vehicle (BEV) projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for BEV systems, including battery management systems and charging infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards for BEV components and subsystems.
• Provide guidance on design optimization techniques to improve performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in automotive industry with expertise in battery electric vehicles (BEVs).
• Strong understanding of Catia software for designing complex mechanical components.
• Experience working on Battery Energy Storage System (BES) development projects is essential.
