micro1 is engaging Bengali Transcription Experts to participate in a customer's project focused on high-quality language data. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

1. Transcribe Bengali audio recordings and video content with high accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Ensure correct representation of accents, dialects, and linguistic nuances in the transcribed text.
3. Review and edit machine-generated transcripts for errors and inconsistencies, refining them for clarity and correctness.
4. Label and annotate transcription data according to project-specific guidelines and standards.
5. Communicate effectively with project coordinators to resolve ambiguities and uphold quality benchmarks.
6. Meet defined project milestones and deliverables through consistent, reliable participation.
7. Utilize provided tools and platforms for submission and quality control of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali, with excellent command of spelling, grammar, and syntax.
2. Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, linguistics, or related language work.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and accuracy.
4. Familiarity with regional variations and cultural context in Bengali language usage.
