Job Description:

We are hiring an Analyst for our Employee Benefits process, focused on spreadsheet-based benefits marketing and analysis for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update employee benefits marketing spreadsheets and client documentation
• Review plan information, rates, carrier details, benefits summaries, and renewal data for accuracy
• Create and update comparative analysis of carrier quotes, plan renewals, and contribution strategies
• Validate data against source documents per client and carrier requirements
• Prepare reports including payroll deduction audits, renewal reports, experience reports, and census formatting
• Compile and format data for presentations, reports, and client deliverables

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of US Employee Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel — Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting
• Experience with benefits administration or insurance carrier systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good written communication skills (email correspondence with US clients)
