Bench Sales Specialist

As a Bench Sales Specialist at ISoftech Inc., you will play a key role in placing our bench consultants into client projects. The role blends sales, relationship management, and the use of AI tools for prospecting, consultant marketing, and market insights all while working in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source clients through job boards, social media, referrals, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Client Engagement: Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and other channels to understand staffing needs.
• Consultant Marketing: Present consultants effectively to clients, using AI to generate summaries and match insights.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Finalize contracts, rates, and terms for mutual benefit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Market Research: Use AI tools to track market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client communications and contracts; use data analytics to report on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or related recruitment/sales roles.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.
• Knowledge or fair understanding of IT terminologies preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools in sales/recruitment is a plus.

Location: Hybrid Chennai (Anna Nagar) office
Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
Holiday Policy: Off on U.S. Federal Holidays and select Indian festival days
