Job Responsibilities

• Market and place bench consultants in the US IT staffing market.
• Work on available bench consultants and identify suitable project requirements.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
• Share consultants' profiles with vendors and clients through email and calls.
• Negotiate rates, C2C, W2, and contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Follow up on submitted profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain consultant databases and update daily marketing activities.
• Generate new requirements and ensure successful consultant placements.

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT staffing and bench sales.
• Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US job portals and vendor management.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
