Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing candidates to clients and vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and consultants. Additional responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing the recruitment lifecycle, building and nurturing client/vendor relationships, and ensuring timely placement of resources. The individual should be prepared to maintain extensive documentation and reports related to recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job marketing, client/vendor relations, and candidate management
• Skills in contract negotiation, candidate onboarding, and maintaining compliance documentation
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and external job boards
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of immigration processes, work authorizations, and the US job market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in 1-2 Years a staffing agency environment is a plus
