Key Responsibilities

• Bench Sales Management: Market Bench Consultantsto Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
• Sourcing Networking: Leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find requirements and candidates
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates
• Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placements

Candidate Requirements

• Expertise: Proven experience in Bench Sales
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
• 2 to 5 years of work experience with Bench Sales
• 2 to 5 years of work experience with Relationship Building
