What You'll Do

• Market and place IT consultants in the US market.
• Source and work on relevant US IT requirements.
• Build relationships with US recruiters and staffing vendors.
• Manage submissions, follow-ups, interviews and placements.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Maintain consultant and submission records.
• Take ownership of assigned consultants and work toward successful placements.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Good understanding of the US IT staffing market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Experience with US recruiters/vendors and C2C/W2 staffing models.
• A genuine sense of ownership, responsibility and willingness to learn.
