Bench Sales Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Market bench consultants through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and professional contacts.

Search for suitable requirements based on consultants skills, experience, visa status, and preferred locations.

Submit consultant profiles to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Negotiate rates, contract terms, and interview schedules.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.

Coordinate interviews and follow up until successful placement.

Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.

Work with consultants to improve resumes and marketing strategies.

Handle different employment types, including C2C, W2, and 1099.

Achieve assigned submission and placement targets.

Required Skills

Experience in US IT bench sales or US staffing.

Knowledge of US visas, tax terms, and time zones.

Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.

Experience using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch, and other job portals.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
