Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to market our US-based IT consultants to vendors and direct clients. The role involves sourcing requirements, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing C2C/W2 placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Market consultant profiles to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
• Source C2C requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch) and internal networks
• Handle end-to-end submissions, follow-ups, and interview coordination
• Negotiate bill rates and close deals to maximize margins
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and track all activities in CRM/tracker

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven US IT Bench Sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Proficiency with job boards and vendor portals
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced night shift
