Experience: 5 to 8 years as Bench sales Lead

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Shift)

What we're looking for:

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bench Sales team and day-to-day activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Market consultants on bench through vendor networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants based on skills, location, visa status, and rate.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, contracts, and terms with vendors.
• Maintain and expand the vendor database and client network.
• Track consultant submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor team performance and achieve weekly/monthly placement targets.
• Provide regular reports on bench strength, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Train and mentor Bench Sales Executives on marketing strategies and vendor communication.
• Handle escalations related to rates, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain accurate consultant information, including resume, availability, work authorization, location, and contact details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client/vendor requirements.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for consultant marketing.
• Drive consultants from bench to placement within the targeted timeframe.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with US IT Staffing / Bench Sales and knowledge of US work authorization types is preferred.
